To enable young people to be empowered. The primary focus with all young people placed in our care is to enable them to develop the confidence to make the transition into independent living.

16+ means we work with young people up to 18.
Unfortunately, young people cannot refer themselves to live at Fulfilment Care Services as we work directly with local authorities. Speak to your local council as they will be able to assist you in finding safe accommodation.
Some young people may not be able to/struggle to cook for themselves. Our staff will assist those young people during key cooking work sessions to develop this essential life skill.

This also enables us to get a complete picture of the circumstances which will enable us to offer the highest level of support. Experienced staff and managers will try to ensure all meetings take place in a supportive atmosphere where everyone’s contributions are welcomed and valued.
At Fulfilment Care Services we select our staff carefully and carry out an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check and we take up all references. In addition to this all our provision contain 24-hour CCTV monitoring systems.
